Order Processing
Please allow up to 48 hours (business days only) to process orders after they are placed. This excludes weekends and major holidays. All orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed within 48 hours from the start of the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order has been placed.
Domestic Shipping
On average, packages take 3–4 business days from the time they are shipped until they reach your location. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, though delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.
International Shipping
We are actively expanding our shipping capabilities to serve customers outside the United States. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when we begin shipping to your country.
When international shipping becomes available, please note that all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable. Delivery times for international orders will vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
Orders with a subtotal exceeding $70.00 USD (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. All other orders will incur a flat shipping fee of $8.99 USD.
Please note that if you return an order that qualified for free shipping, the shipping charges are non-refundable. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive additional email notifications when your order has been processed and when it has shipped, including a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@blanchardskincare.com with your order number and any relevant details (such as photos of a damaged package). We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please refer to Section 5 of our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to request a replacement or refund.
Please note that Blanchard Skincare is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting a signature confirmation at checkout if available.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped by contacting us at info@blanchardskincare.com. Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
