Even though we carefully test all of our products to ensure they’re safe and free of harmful ingredients, everyone’s skin is different and reactions can happen. If you experienced a bad reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us right away. We’ll work with you to help determine the possible cause and, if necessary, report the incident to the FDA as part of our safety monitoring process.

All of our ingredients are carefully selected to be hypoallergenic and are tested to support these findings. However, because every skin type is unique, we always recommend doing a patch test before using any new product.

Most of our products are formulated to be safe for sensitive skin. However, a few items, like our Vitamin C serum, may cause mild tingling due to active ingredients. Each product page will clearly indicate if it’s suitable for sensitive skin or if caution is advised, so you can make the best choice for your skin type.

Most of our products are vegan-friendly and made with plant-based ingredients. The only exception is our gel cleanser, which contains cosmetic-grade yogurt powder derived from dairy. Each product page will clearly note whether a formula is vegan so you can shop with confidence.

It’s always best to start with a patch test before introducing any new product to your routine. We also recommend comparing the product to any past formulations you’ve used - if you’ve had reactions before, take note of any overlapping ingredients.
Be sure to read the ingredient list carefully to identify any known sensitivities, and check the packaging to see if the product is labeled as safe for sensitive skin.

Our products should be stored in a cool, dry place between 36°F and 89°F (2°C to 32°C), away from direct sunlight or excessive heat. For products containing Vitamin C, we recommend keeping the bottle tightly closed and secured after each use to help prevent oxidation and maintain its effectiveness for as long as possible.

Each of our products has its own shelf life once opened, depending on the formula. More reactive formulations, like those containing Vitamin C, are typically stable for 3 to 6 months, while less reactive products can remain effective for up to 12 months. To help guide you, every product includes a symbol on the packaging (usually a small jar icon) indicating how long it’s best used after opening.

Shipping is a flat $8.99 for all U.S. orders under $70, and it’s completely free once your order hits that mark! We're always working to keep things fair and simple, so rates may change in the future as we grow.

Yes, we do offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $70! The discount will be automatically applied at checkout - no code needed. Just keep in mind that the $70 total is calculated after any discounts have been applied.

We currently only ship within the U.S. as we're still a growing brand, but we’re actively working on expanding to new markets soon! If you’re outside the U.S., be sure to subscribe to our newsletter - it’s the best way to stay in the loop as we roll out international shipping in the near future.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with all the important details, including your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Every country has its own set of rules and regulatory requirements, so while we’re actively working on registering our products in several international markets, the timeline can vary. We don’t have a definite answer just yet - it really depends on how long each approval process takes. But we’re on it, and we can’t wait to bring Blanchard Skincare to more countries soon!

You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unopened and still in their protective packaging. Just make sure to reach out within that timeframe to be eligible.

If your return meets the eligibility requirements, you’ll receive a full refund of the product total - minus the cost of shipping.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the return shipping fee is paid, we’ll send you a return label that you can use to send the products back to us.

Yes, you can cancel your order - but only before it has shipped. Once the order has left our warehouse, it would need to be returned according to our standard return policy. If you’d like to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us right away with your order ID and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll make it right by issuing a refund or sending you a replacement.
