Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Blanchard Skincare. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, and we understand that sometimes returns or refunds are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Unopened and Unused Products: To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all safety seals intact. Opened or used items, as well as items without original safety seals or packaging, will not be accepted for return or refund.
Hygiene Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, skincare tools and accessories (including facial sponges) that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
Final Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Gift Cards: All gift cards are final sale and may not be redeemed for cash. Once purchased, gift card value may only be redeemed through purchases made directly via our online store.
2. Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@blanchardskincare.com. Include your order number in your email for faster processing.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Blanchard Skincare does not provide or pay for return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held liable for returns that are lost in transit.

3. Refunds
Refund Amount: Once returned items have been received and inspected to confirm they are unopened and in their original packaging, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only. Original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item(s). The refund will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable. This applies to all orders, including those that qualified for free or promotional shipping at the time of purchase.
4. Return Inspection
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the eligibility conditions outlined above. Items that do not meet these conditions (e.g., opened, used, or missing original packaging) will not be refunded. If a return is rejected, the customer may request that the item be shipped back to them at their own expense. If no such request is made within 14 days of notification, the item will be disposed of.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blanchardskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for confirmed damaged or defective products will be covered by Blanchard Skincare.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel any order before it has shipped by contacting us at info@blanchardskincare.com. Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.
8. International Orders
For orders shipped outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process. These charges are non-refundable.
9. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly at info@blanchardskincare.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to finding a fair resolution and will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
10. Policy Changes
Blanchard Skincare reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published and will not affect orders already placed under a prior version of this policy.
